Really worried

I have been having strange sensations of weakness in my left leg but isn't particularly weak. But iv measured it and now I can see my calf is 2 1/2 inchs smaller than my right!

Now I'm even more scared it's something horrible. I have body wide twitching and don't know what to do as doctor said it's just anxiety. But 2 1/2 inches is a massive difference.

Help!

Are you a "rightie"? If your right leg is the stronger, your muscle mass will always be larger (unless, perhaps you alternate leg exercises via work outs)
