I'm not feeling well..sinus issues. Earache and temp around 100. My pulse has been up around 90-100. Is that normal if you have a fever? I haven't had a fever in a long time. Of courses anxiety probably doesn't help :(

I think that pulse rate is still in the normal range anything over 100 is fast
Yes, heart rate is usually elevated with fever (anxiety aside).

Fever and pulse both elevate when you are sick due to your body's natural defense mechanisms. It heats up and speeds up to fight the sickness. Totally normal. Also your respirations can increase. 90-100 is not all that fast. Doctors won't even worry about your resting pulse as long as it is under 100. I went to ER for a panic attack before and my pulse was 150. Calmed down some to 110 but doc waited for it to come below 100 before he let me leave.
