Mood swings

I have generalized anxiety disorder I find I am increasingly moody since trying to come off my medication. Is there anyone out there who is the same?

I feel this way if I have not taken my medication for a couple days. You should consult with your dr on possibly slowing down the tapering off process. I know when I have switched medications and had to taper off another it took so trial and error to find the right pace and dosages.

When I have changed tablets I have always followed closely what I have been told by my psychiatrist so that you get the least possible side effects as possible. I would not try cutting down or stopping any of mine without proper advice on how to do it safely, and then good advice if starting something new. It is amazing what side effects you can get and it needs to be handled with care.
