I've been taking 10mg of Prozac which I though was helping in the beginning, although recently I was always severely anxious... My psychiatrist thinks it might be that the dose is too low so I've upped to 20mg and it's only been 4 days but I feel a bit weird. When a loud bang happens, closing of car door, etc.. I feel like it's actually inside me that bangs. Somewhat hard to describe but it's freaking me out, I also have where I feel like inside my head has the same feelings intensified. Closing a car door will make me feel like the snap/slam of the door was actually my head. Help?!

I am on 20mg a day too. Except for a couple years on others I've been on it since 1992 and think this will soon pass for you. Hang in there. Alankay

Did you have any weird sensations like I'm experiencing?

Onebreathatatime, im like u.. i havr just upped my dosage from 50mgs of zoloft to 100mgs.. ive been searching google for expectations, feelings etc. Just give it a few more days x

I don't google anymore or at least not when I know I may find something negative!! Lol I'm still trying to relax and just give it some more time but it's really hard. I feel weird inside, I feel like my heart is skipping beats although when I check my pulse its normal... So frustrating. How do you feel with Zoloft?

Did you find you were/are more sensitive to caffeine while on prozac? I drink tea daily and I don't want to stop for the fact I don't want to fear it, but sometimes I definitely feel more edgy.
