Do any of you have health anxiety?? I've been going through some major HA, I currently convinced myself that I have MS or some other neurological disease thanks to the physical symptoms of anxiety. Hope you're all doing well!

Yes and I hate it! Tonight I am convinced I have Parkinson's! Been battling this for 8 months. On medication, had counselling and I still feel anxious and shaky. So sick of it x

So far I've convinced myself I had a stroke, heart attack, schizophrenia, bi-polar, borderline personality disorder, clot in my lung o my gosh this list could go on !! Not a good feeling

I can relate to all of you, I havent tried medication yet because Im afraid of the side effects. I get shaky hands, tingly arms and legs, dizziness and just weird feelings in general all over my body.

I get dizziness, shakiness, heart palpitations, choking feeling, vision problems, breathing fast derealization, chest pain, nausea (sometimes I throw up)

Oh and my latest symptoms jelly legs!!!!

I just want to feel normal again!

You will! I can go years with no anxiety but then it comes back.

I get vision problems too!!! Focusing and blurriness problems.

That happened when I was driving the other day Talk about scary!!

Medication definitely helps me but I was scared initially to take anything. Unfortunately I just got to a point where I was desperate x

I think the symptom that scares me the most is the dizziness, it feels like the floor is slanted!! I cant go one day without having some sort of anxiety physical symptoms :/

Yeah, I'm actually going to get some meds from my doctor next week...makes me nervous just thinking abt it.

I feel the same way I feel like I also have at least one symptoms and overall anxiety. I had bad side effect on ssri meds so I just do take any I'm trying to deal with it on my own
