It's becoming apparent that my friends are finding me become more and more quiet. I am forcing myself to go throughout my day like a normal good day and keep calm. Music seems to help but only so much. I feel like ppl try to avoid me from being awkward at times. Avoiding eye contact works a little bit but its no good. Now I'm goin to the gym.... Anxiety sucks but I can't let it control my life..... Inside I'm just buryin myself and crying. Wish I had friends who understood
