What are some symptoms you all are dealing with?v

I have clinical depression from an hormone imbalance. I get suicidal with my depression. I also get anxiety and panic attacks which prevent me from socialising with friends and colleagues, or shopping and watching sport, because I can't stand noise in shops or sport stadiums. I manage to work full time but I struggle badly to cope with it because I find it hard to concentrate, get paranoid that people are treating me different because my head is not right and blame me if things go wrong. In work I can talk face to face with anyone and on the phone, and I can read. Outside of work I avoid speaking to friends and colleagues and cannot concentrate well enough to read.

I have currently been sick for the past 2 months with nausea, lack of appetite, abdominal discomfort (which moves around to different areas), depression and anxiety.... yay so much fun!
