No sorry, I have the exact opposite problem because I comfort eat with all the wrong food, but I am sure you will get s response from someone on the forum who does have your problem and can help you.

Yes! I lost a good deal of weight. It seems like it speeds up my metabolism greatly.

Please tell me how! I have gained 50 pounds and have turned into this miserable being. I guess anxiety deals us all a different hand
