Hi! I am looking for a little help. I have been suffering from anxiety for months. I was starting to feel better. Then last weekend out of the blue it hit me hard. After a few days I began to feel a little better but have been struggling with nausea, headaches, and arm pain. Can anyone relate or give me any advice on handling this recent anxiety event?

i cant give u advice how to deal.because i havent found relief yet bt u have had all the symptoms. i wud get arm pain and think im having heart attack or stroke but nothing bad has happened. u need to be pushy with the doctors and get them to run tests to double check it is anxiety. they can put u in for therapy thats all i can say really.

I had the same exact thing, along with chest pain and it was (and still is) anxiety. Anxiety meds have helped alot but they are not for everyone and depends on the med what actually helps.

Thanks. I have gotten double check and all is good. I have been taking klonopin but at a small dose 0.5 twice a day. Has anyone taken klonopin and at what dose?

Yes, I get it every morning when I wake up. However, after I take a klonopin, I feel calm and kind of quiet. I never got nausea of headaches from the klonopin. If you have any other questions, just let me know. Joe

I have not taken klonopin but take 16mg of diazepam a day which usually keeps me stable trough the day, but even so I still get bad days when. Need help. i have tried lots of different anti depressants which have had strange side effects and either the Dr or psychiatrist can change the dose you are on, or how/when you take it, or if it still bothering you with side effects and not working, try a different tablet. Other things like meditation would help you as well as tablets, my psychiatrist recommended it to me and it is really good.

I have been dealing with nausea for the past two months, almost every day for the majority of the day, , it is the worst side effect of anxiety IMO... hope you are feeling better!!
