It's a terrible thing to live with anxiety. I am 33 years old and have lived with it for about 25 of those years. I am currently on Zyprexa for Cyclothymia and just started Zoloft for anxiety and depressed symptoms. I have been seeing a counselor for the past 6 months...and I actually am a trained therapist (master's level) who specializes in PTSD. So I sit and wonder why I can't help my own anxiety? I don't currently have a therapy job and am still searching
I have been married for 10 years to a graceful lovely woman who has supported me so much through this. I know it's hard on her too
