Cold feeling on chest

Hi,
Does anyone ever experience a cool feeling on the center of their chest , like as if you have
Rubbed Vicks on yourself. I'm always using
A heating pad to relieve this sensation

Yes I have usually when I'm in a panic mode

This anxiety stuff is really freaky, I always thought
It was just hyperventilating.
Boy was I wrong !!

Everyone who has panic and/or anxiety attacks have different symptoms. I knew a girl in college that would pass out during panic attacks. Remember during attacks your body is in fighter flight mode and is reacting differently to everything... And we are all different and expertise out works differently... So our attacks are unique sometimes to us. Awww doesn't that make you feel special ? ( insert sarcasm).
I can say honestly I feel like I'm a different person when I have my attacks .. I Turn from an outgoing talkative happy person to a more withdrawn quiet person... And often become agoraphobic... Which normally is so not me! I love being outside. And sociable.
I think this is why different Meds, med combos and therapy will work differently on people.
