Just curious to see what people's resting heart rate is. Mines always between 80-100 I know I am an anxious person and Iam being treated for anxiety I am also about 35 pounds over weight and pretty inactive. But I've got doctors later to see if I can try a beta blocker but don't think I can as I have asthma, it's under good control though

I think mine might be around the same! I guess due to nerves it tends to be high! I was having heart palps and high heartrate so bad I got sent to a cardiologist that did a EKG and then put me on a beta blocker! It helped tremendously but I only take it every once in a while because it seems that was a stressful period in my life so now my heart has returned to more normal and I don't get heart palps that much anymore but yea a beta blocker is really good if you can do it.
I'm usually in the 70's when calm, but it can spike to the upper 90's when anxious. The highest I've seen it from anxiety was ~110.
When I first wake up its mid 50s. When I'm anxious its usually 80-90+

Relaxed I'm 60-70. In full on panic mode I've been as high as 160. Scary.
I try and keep away from checking heart rate etc, or I get more anxious. Just wait and when i realise getting worked up i then start slow breathing to bring myself back down. Good if you can keep check of these things and not worry more.
