i mean eventually theyll find out sooner or later..
like when im waiting in line at a supermarket ...ill lose it
its like.. holding my breath. i know its brief and quick.. waiting in line is no more than like 5 minutes. ill be good for like 1-2 minutes in line.. then ill start to lose it

meh...it doesnt really matter that people find out. Most of my friends and family know of my anxiety. I have not received any negative feedback because of this. Infact it makes people more understanding of your situation. Many people thought I was a snob, as I was always quiet, and avoided social situations. But once they we're aware of my anxiety it all made sense to them. :)

I don't care if people know. I accepted a long time ago that it's just how I am. Just like Admin said, my problem is the opposite - people don't know about my anxiety and so just assume that I'm a snob. I've tried to explain it to my husband, and he just doesn't understand - he thinks that I don't want to make phone calls because I'm lazy or something. I wish he'd understand the real "anxious" me!
