Hi everyone.

I have suffered from terrible social and performance anxiety for my entire life. I have managed to mostly work past my social anxiety, though I still don't really enjoy having to interacting with people I don't know well. My performance anxiety is bad enough that it frequently makes competitive games unenjoyable. I have been trying to practice mindful detachment in these circumstances but I definitely have a ways to go. It can be embarrassing at times, I try and remind myself that everyone has issues that they are dealing with.

Sounds like you are doing well with mindfulness, well done. Everything you achieve, although not well, you should give yourself some praise.
