All day I have nervous, anxious feelings through out my whole body and it's driving me insane... My pulse has been elevated to around 96 bpm which is not the norm for me and I can't seem to shake the feeling. I want to cry and just give up but I can't.

I'm sorry obatt. Anxiety is a beast. It has taken its hold of me for the last 2 weeks. I'm exhausted from it as well. And your right, we can't give up. I'm ever so constantly fighting the thoughts that plague me. Constantly. Good luck my friend. Hang in there.

Wow I think I just wrote this. Sounds like me 100percent. Shaky jittery uneasy feeling with high heart rate. As week speak. I'm so fed up
