Anybody been taking zoloft for a while but still depressed and anxious

Hi

I been taking Zoloft for 5 months started with 50 mg the increased to 75 mg felt better for a month then felt really anxious and panicky again bec if my constant lightheaded feeling

I wonder how long the medicine will really kick in 100 percent .
