Does anyone have a numbing sensation that goes over your head an face and sometimes to your arm and legs? Along with a pressure in your head and face that seems to only alleviate when you lie down? Is this a symptom of anxiety or can it be something else this time?

Do you feel anxious or panicky? Because if you feel anxious then it is anxiety related.
When I feel panicky I feel numb and very dizzy. Legs tingly and week

No I don't. I feel fine emotionally. No fear, and I don't feel anxious or nervous. It's when the feelings I'm having get pretty strong that I get scared because its concerning. I've been like this the past 3 days and I seem to only be affected while standing up or sitting up. When in lying down its not nearly as bad

Have you gone to the doctor to get a check up?

I went to the ER on Saturday. Had an MRI and said everything is fine. He said I was having a bad migraine.

Really? I was referred to a neurologist too. To see what's causing the migraines. I was getting shooting pains before but not so much anymore. Maybe it is a sinus problem. I hope it's nothing to do with anxiety.

I've been feeling alot of pressure in between my eyes and in my forehead area. Makes me close my eyes and squint. My eyes hurt too when I look around or my head moves to quickly. I feel they get tight

Just try and plan you days every night before going to sleep , it will make you more busy and maybe you don't think about the pain to much ,or it just goes away , when do you have the neurologist ?
