Does anyone ever have constant anxiety like 24/7? I constantly no matter what feel dizzy lightheaded blurry vision breathing labored. Everything ALL THE TIME?

I was like that bowt 5years bak .... I was off wrk for nearly year .. Use to dread asking up each morning bcz I knew what my day was goin 2b like
