Doing some spring cleaning up in the attic today. Worked for about an hour. Came down and my pulse was fast as it should be, then it came down back to normal. No worries. Went back up for another hour doing a little more strenuous and when I came down my pulse was up again. Normal I know. Then I started getting shaky and now fearing it, my pulse won't slow back down.

Stop hyperventilating. Breathe calm, slow, and light. How many beats per minute are you talking about here?

It was just a panic attack over an elevated pulse. It was prob only 120 at highest but after 30 min or so it was back to normal. Had to take my mind off of it.
