Im glad to day im feeling good im not 100% far from it but I will take it nit had a panic attack in 6 days (huge for me) managed to stop smoking which fir some mad unknown reason is controlling my anxiety ( thats what im telling myself and its working) the only downside is this constant light headed Ness which never seems to leave I feel like I'm floating! !!!
