Hi,
For about a month now, I have been having these weird "focal concentrations" at a fixed point, I can fight them off but the urge to do it is so overwhelming I tend to just give up... They literally last about 2-4 seconds. I can still carry on doing my activities which ever that may be without losing awareness... Also been suffering from exceptionally disturbing derealization\depersonalization since having my first panic attack due to a health scare (see my first thread) my HA is through the roof, it's hard to think of anyone else going through what I do. It's got that bad I'm currently at work at my desk writing this out other than socializing with work activities.
My sleeping pattern is way below the recommended.
