For me its huge! I am so much more anxious and just crappy feeling in general when I don't sleep well. Do you often suffer from lack of sleep?

Yes. I work nights, 4pm until 2:30am. For the next month I have to work 4pm to 4:30am. It seems I can't sleep when the sun is out, plus the noises from outside wake me very easily.

Lack of sleep can definitely cause anxiety! I know personally, if I don't get a good night of sleep, my anxiety symptoms kick into high gear later on in the day. I make myself to to bed early now these days.

Lack of sleep really affects me. The first thing my mental health team did was to get me being able to sleep. It still goes now and it ruins my mood, temper, concentration and everything. Sleep is one of the things you have to sort to start feeling better.

I agree. If I don't get enough sleep I feel tired, lightheaded and panicky

Maybe you should see a doctor about getting something to help you sleep. Especially since you are working such crazy hours. I also recommend a black out shade for your room to keep it dark while you try to sleep during the day. For the noise maybe buy a little fan to keep by your bed and it should block out some outside noise.
