Having a rough night

Having a pretty rough night. Between a nasty divorce, some atuff happening at work and falling back into the "if I never got hurt it could have been me not him" guilt that i have been feeling, I am just having a hard time. Not having my wife to talk to anymore makes the feeling of loneliness and being isolated feel way worse. Just needed to get that out to someone.

Hey there...I wish I had more to say to you...but your situation sounds so difficult, I can only imagine how tough it gets to go about your day. It may sound trite...but hang in there. My favorite piece of advice my father ever gave me: "There is always hope. We just have to figure out where it's hiding."
