Does Anxiety make you cry alot easier?

is this normal? I swear I can see a sad thing happen in a movie and I will start having to hold back tears. I will even have tears at happy things or when I see other people cry. Why do these things effect me so emotionally now? THEY NEVER USE TO DO THIS! Is it just anxiety?

Yes, it does. I cry at most things when I'm feeling anxious. Happy or sad. Doesn't matter. Everything rips my heart out.

I think crying wud actually do me good instead ov doin other things 2 release my frustration etc but I literally don't cry ... Learnt as a child not to :-/
