Suntheanine L-Theanine

Has anyone heard of or tried 'Suntheanine L-Theanine' for anxiety.

If so please let me know how it worked and if there were any side effects.

I wouldnt worry about it midnit. It happens a lot on here ^.

I take 5Htp already, but this Monday, I'm gonna add in some L-Theanine. I'll write up a data sheet on this thread on any changes I feel, or if it just falls flat.

I haven't taken it but I have heard very good things. It is a very very safe supplement with practically no side effects. Give it a try!
