We talked alittle on the word game.

Are you really in a suicidal kind of depression??

[Suicidal Depression]

Randomly throughout the day I can feel my mind and thoughts shifting from relatively pleasant to, "Your better of dead" or "It can't be that hard to off yourself"

I don't think I could follow through with it now, but these thoughts are becoming more frequent and scary.
