Panic attack are back

I haven't had one since Christmas but i was pretty much still home alot. Last night i had one out of the blue without thinking bad stuff before. I'm been gambling 400$ to 1000$ bets at a time doesn't anyone think that's slowly my healing down?

Yeah, I think thats slowing your recovery down big time. Gambling big stakes puts a of stress on your body, and mind.

I've done it before, I used to do big bets, just kept brining on panic attacks.

Way better to leave it alone.
