Beginning to wonder if anxiety causes my stomach issues or stomach issues causes anxiety. They always go hand in hand. Today has been a pretty stressful day for me and has caused my stomach to feel like there is a knot in it. Very shaky and nervous inside. And then there are days that I don't feel anxious but my stomach gets upset for some reason and that creates anxiety and sometimes panic.

When i first started having anxiety, it always came from my stomach. After i decided to not take any meds anymore...my anxiety its on my chest. My therapist told me today, its clinical anxiety. I wouldn't know the difference, but i rather deal with the one on my chest..!! The feeling on your stomach kills you.

Guys this one is a no brainier.

When you have the worrying feelings of anxiety you set of the fight or flight response in your body. This in turn moves a lot of your blood from your core to your extremities. Those being your arms and legs to give them energy to fight or run...

The consequence of this leaves your digestive system without the necessary blood circulation to function properly thus the weird and odd feelings your experiencing...

Trust me I went through it all. I went to the docs who said don't worry it's anxiety... I didn't believe him. Eventually he sent me to a specialist who put a camera down my throat and up my bum. And what did he find? NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

So again get off the anxiety train and look at it for what it is.

Face it, it is anxiety
