head pressure

Ive got head pressure behing nose and in sinus areas then round back of head and ears. My nose not blocked i breath easy. I also feel nauseaus (dnt know if that how u spell it). Has anyone had this. At night time it feels like its pulsating and i cant sleep

Hey Alice. I get this way too sometimes. I use to think it was my blood pressure bc I've had issues before with it. Come to find out my bp was fine when I feel the pulsating behind my eyes and my nose. When my anxiety is up it can cause my heart to beat hard. That is what I'm feeling when this happens.

its just really off putting and scary and causes my anxiety to escalate. its nt painful jusy weird and annoying
