OMG! I need help, STAT!

I totally just drank a whole coffee on an empty stomach. (Haven't been eating or sleeping very good, because of Lexapro...) and now I'm so dizzy and losing my marbles. I'm having irrational ideas that I have a brain problem.... :( Help!

Not to worry, I've done the same thing and you will be alright, really. Just ride out the caffeine with some exercise, have a light dinner, do something you like and get a good nights sleep. You don't have any dark, lurking ailment - I've been there and these thoughts about illness are lies. Don't believe them. As a person who is over 60 and has been there hundreds of times, I can say this without hesitation. No brain problem, just anxiety trying to get the best of you.

I quit caffeine in drinks due to it making my anxiety worse since I'm super sensitive to anything.
