Sorry you are feeling so crappy Hidalgo. We all have our good days and our bad days. It seems like on the bad days everything seems so hopeless. Why do you want to see a cardiologist? Also have you seen a regular doctor and what have they checked?

Do as much research as you can about how good it is to raise your heartbeat through exercise. Maybe your brain will start thinking the other way.

A very important question is what are you doing to help get better from this anxiety?

There is a book called "The Mood Cure" by Julia Ross. It is very inexpensive and is AWESOME. It addresses depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. It helps you diagnose and treat exactly what is causing you so much misery. I was suffering just like you and the book is PACKED with information that has helped heal me. I do not work for the company in any way just another kid your age trying to help. YOU WILL GET BETTER. I PROMISE. Keep a positive attitude and make baby steps forward. You have to trust God. He wants you to get better and this may be his way of teaching you to trust him. The term "Do Not Be Afraid" is mentioned in some context in the bible around 365 times. I think the point is he doesn't want you to be afraid! Trust him. Pray to him! Ask for guidance, strength, healing, and peace. He created the world and healed the blind and he can cure you anxiety if you put your faith on him.

"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." - 1 Peter 5:7

Hidalgo,

Howdy dude....

Fact one, your specialist said your fine. Very cool.

Fact two, your heart rate increases when you exercise. Unless your like an iron man or something this is a natural occurrence for anyone.

So take those baby steps or whatever way you want to look at it and just do it. Because when you and you don't die from it, and trust me you won't , a little light might start to flicker which you will recognise as normalcy..
Only you can make this flicker into a roaring flame that burns the anxiety out of you. And realistically there is no better way to beat anxiety then with physical exercises that prove to yourself that the flawed thought processes of today will eventually be a thing of the past.

Face it, it's anxiety
