Things will get better, as hard as it is, you first need to BELIEVE they will

And also, the main and what I found the hardest, is you need to forgive yourself
Otherwise you're punishing yourself, over & over again

Don't feel that way. Everyone that has ever had anxiety has felt this way.
Don't treat everything your therapist says as fact. Not diminishing what they have done and can do, but just because you were told it was guilt, doesn't make it true.
I never understood my "issue" that caused me to be this way. And frankly, I don't believe knowing the one thing that caused this would make me feel any different. I have the tendancy to be anxious. So it some point it was a comin whether I was ready or not
I think I am just wired this way and when I started getting afraid of being afraid and panic attacks, it just festered and developed more.
Maybe it does help to know why, but I feel like I am just fine and healthy as ever not knowing why
I hope your journey is short

My therapist told me today, i feel depressed because i have anxiety. If it was only depression i wouldn't feel fear.

Yeah often they do go together. I agree that when you're anxious for a while you start to have a hard time coping and thus depression. One can start to lose hope. This can be undone in time with treatment and education, etc. Alankay
