Im fairly new at this, but I had to find some people with the same problems like me, since no one around understands my problem.
So my name is Maria and I'm 16 and I've been having hypochondria for the last 5 years, and now I started having frequent anxiety attacks.
Its nice to meet you all :) And I hope this forum can help me about my fear more or less.

There are many on here who suffer from varying forms of hypochondria. It started very young for you, didn't it. You're only 16 and you've suffered for 5 years. Luckily, you're so young you have plenty of time to set it right!

What are you currently doing at the moment, any medication or therapy?

P.s. Where is your name from? I kind of have this little OCD thing when it comes to name haha!
