Anyone have this?

Whenever I play a game on my computer (only when I'm using a computer) my hands feet and chest get really cold and i get shallow breathing. It feels like i have such bad circulation and i become anxious that it has to do with my heart. It is ridiculous because first five minutes into the game I get really tired and is conscious about my breathing whereas when I use my laptop while sitting down on a couch it's fine.

Anyone else experience this?
I love playing games but this is really preventing me to play games even for like 30 minutes or less.
