Xanax not working tonight :(

I feel like i dont know if im breathin right and like i cant take a deep breath :( took xanax over an hour ago was already really sleepy now i feel wired its not working :(:( what do i do?!?!?!

Hey Cara I get that a lot too. It makes me feel like my chest is heavy and there is something in my throat. Hope you got some rest finally:)
