For 5 days I have been having bad anxiety and have had no appetite. Almost everything I have eaten eventually comes back up.

Midnit7-one thing you have to remember is lack of sleep and lack of food can cause the anxiety to get worse. Believe me I understand I am 89 lbs because I go through the same things were I don't want to eat. When I get like that I tend to stay on ginger ale, saltine crackers, yogurt, and sometimes revert to the b.r.a.t diet banana, rice, apple sauce, and toast this helps me and also proteins shakes.
I hope you start feeling better soon

Had first therapy session today. I know it's going to be hard to see anything yet but he gave me some breathing exercises that I like already.

Breath in for 2 or 3 sec, then out slowly for up to 10. Do that twice then 10 slightly bigger than normal breath. Do that sequence twice.
He wants me to do that 3 times a day
