Don't be scared, Dan. It's just anxiety
Good for you by going to the doc and to do what you need to get on the right track
Coping techniques were killin me for 20 years. Thought changing, happy places, never helped
Not until I started to accept the symptoms for what they were did I heal
Please read the success posts here. Common theme is that people that get well usually accept their thoughts and symptoms as anxiety.
If you have been do the doc and have q clean bill of health, you are fine
So what your feeling is probably all the symptoms we all have felt
Acknowledge, accept, understand and move on
Stop fearing the symptoms as reality. Mental or physical symptoms
And you are mistaken, loads of people will read your threads and respond
Great group here that I think is the absolute best tool to get well
