Is there meeting's for anxiety/panic disorders around the Los Angeles area?

Not sure about meetings but I think cerritos college offers a class on overcoming anxiety through their extension. Im sure there are others but thats one I know of.

Yes portuguese for shoulder blade. But in brazilian jujitsu terminology its a shoulder lock....lol!
