Brickyard and I have come up with a plan! We are going to desensitize ourselves a very little bit at a time each day to our anxieties.

Tomorrow, I am going to drive down to the store by myself (which is only about 2 blocks away), park in the parking lot, and then drive home. (Don't need to go into the store yet).

Cath is going to stick her foot out the back door and pull a weed.

Hopefully Shoe is gonna find a hot looking babe and say HI!

Who else needs help? We can do it! Baby steps!

Baby steps being the key.........
You'll do it when you're ready. You know now that there are people in your corner pulling for you! Maybe not even say anything to her, just make eye contact.

Well, I didn't take my drive. :( But I did some others things that I thought were good. Like went into a fast food place with my step daughter, ordered food and PAID for it!

I'm going to drive on Wednesday because I am going back to the massage center. :D

I think going into the fast food place and paying for it counts as your drive if you ask me! I'm proud of you! :D

Awwww Angel, I'm so sorry. I know it is so infuriating not to be able to get out like we want to! Hang in there my friend, we'll find a way.
