Hi

I have suffered for years, mainly in silence with anxiety but am now on medication (citalopram) to help.
My anxiety always gets me when I am at my most relaxed! Restaurants, at home in bed etc..,
Anyone else get that?

The great thingabout anxiety is it never cares where you are when it wants to screw you.

That is why people have the mistaken belief that there is a safe zone.

That friggin anxiety will find you for sure.

Yep, normal experience. While there are triggers, our body sensations are often experienced more keenly during quiet/still times.
