It is kinda cool.

Keeps people grounded to hear that they aren't the sole owner of all the symptoms we feel.

Kind of made me very depressed when I first found out. I thought that I had all these unique symptoms, and creative and inspired intrusive thoughts. When I started talking to other people with anxiety, I realized they all felt the same, or similar. I felt like a clone... haha!!

But yeah, it's reassuring!!
