What do you guys do in the evening? (After work etc)

I try to keep myself busy alot by playing various sports to keep my mind off things

Sometimes I like to just chill & watch TV, but this could be the most dangerous time for panics

I make dinner or go for a walk. OR I decide to be lazy and watch TV until I fall asleep.
Lately I've been playing Sonic and trying to get a good time.

I used to have turn tables & mix alot but they've been in the loft a long time
