I got anxiety about 18months ago - had a massive breakdown after a very stressful period in my life. Im a lot better than a was but the one major thing its left me with is constant worrying that I have nothing to say. I never had this before and the thought pops into my brain every 15mins. It really makes me feel sad as I have a constant fear if I go out with friends I just wont have anything to talk about (though my friends call me chatty). Has anyone else had this??
