Been a good day

Hey everyone just checking in with everyone. I hope everyone had a great anxiety or panic free day. Today was an awesome day for me. I woke up with no chest pains no body aches and while I'm still having a little fatigue for the new dose of meds it's been a pretty good day. Spent the day with my mom and my great uncle and my grandma it was relaxing and peaceful for me.
