Hello everyone,

I'm still alive! Just.. Things have been up and down but mostly very much down, my physical symptoms are taking over my life and the anxiety etc on top of that is making it almost unbearable! I'm going to list as many of the symptoms I have and if you could relate to them or give me any information about them I would be very greatful!

Constant headaches (more of a pain than a normal headache)

Painful eyes, constant floaters in eyes(alot of them), blurry vision

A disconnected feeling from right side of body from head to toe

Weakness/numbness/heaviness down right side of body

Constant and I mean constant worrying and fear I've got something seriously wrong with me

Heart pain, feeling my heart beating all the time(as in I can feel it without touching my chest etc

Grumpy and rude

Struggle to talk properly, keep forgetting words or not pronouncing them correctly

Stomach pains and strange digestive noises but these digestive noises I can hear all over my chest even near my heart which is worrying

These are most of the symptoms I'm having and they are everyday, I've been to a few doctors who have done their basic checks and believe it's severe anxiety, i had an MRI scan of the brain and neck done 2 and a half months ago and the results came back fine, I visit a chiropractor who can't understand what's causing this numbness etc on my right side..

I just want to give up, everyday is a struggle :(

Let me be the first to see if I can win this game of make a match

I'm sorry you are feeling bad. I am going through and checking my symptoms to yours. See below

Constant headaches (more of a pain than a normal headache) Yuppppppp

Painful eyes, constant floaters in eyes(alot of them), blurry vision Blurry vision yes.

A disconnected feeling from right side of body from head to toe. Mine was the left

Weakness/numbness/heaviness down right side of body Again left side

Constant and I mean constant worrying and fear I've got something seriously wrong with me Everyone here has that. I can speak for them

Heart pain, feeling my heart beating all the time(as in I can feel it without touching my chest etc Most all of us here

Grumpy and rude Yes indeed

Struggle to talk properly, keep forgetting words or not pronouncing them correctly Yes

Stomach pains and strange digestive noises but these digestive noises I can hear all over my chest even near my heart which is worrying Stomach pain yes. No noises up near my chest but I have to admit, I wanna try that one!

You have had all the tests that say you are fine so I am going out on a limb here, but I will say you are fine as well.

All the above are smptoms of anxiety but I totally understand why you take them seriously. They sure feel real.

BUT THEY ARE NOT!!! It isn't what you think but how you react to those thoughts.

If you can somehow come to terms with the fact that just because you thought of a scary thought, it doesn't make it real.

When people get well from anxiety, it usually begins when they say F*!k this. "I have been treating my same fearful thoughts as reality for years, why in the hell should I think that this time will be different and I really will have all those things I think I have." Not Gonna Happen!!!!!!!

Please stay strong and show those scxrewed up thoughts that you are done letting them decide how you are going to live.

Today is a new day for you.

Everyday is a new day

You just need to tell yourself that you're fine once these thoughts creep in & start fresh, as hard as it is

You CAN get through this

NixonRulz is right. If more than one doctor has said it is anxiety, id go with that diagnosis. The chiropractor doesnt know whats going on cos he ain't an anxiety specialist.

My advice would be to go and see an anxiety specialist if you can.

Thank you for your reply guys it's a real help hearing from others!, I think it's just the fact everytime I rule out one disease I might have or life threatening illness another symptom pops up and I think that's a different disease or illness! :/ things have just been getting gradually worse :( I've been to a and e 4 times in the past 6 months and also been to a nerologist (who ordered the brain scan) but nothing.. I would rather there was something actually physical going on just so I can put my mind at ease...

I think we all feel at one point or another that 'it would be easier if I could just be diagnosed with something physical, and fixable'. But we have what we have and we have to deal with it. You can recover from this too, it just takes work.
