Sharp random pains

Does anybody get sharp random pains with anxiety and where do you get them?

Or is it just me?! Went to doc yest and he's sure it is anxiety, I've been on Zoloft for 4 weeks, he said he didn't want to follow up on any of my 'symptoms', he said that if I go back in another 4 weeks when the Zoloft has really kicked in, then he will discuss them further with me then if i'm still getting them as he believes it's anxiety and therefore that they will go.

That's a dumb doc then. His job is to check and follow up on symptoms. Not to say you should be going to the doc for every little thing... I do get random sharp pains. In my chest, sides...
