Hi

I am new here. Just wanted to say hello. A couple of things. I have a daughter who ahs ADHD and anxiety disorder. I am here for myslef however. I've struggled lately with all her "stuff" and need to take care of myself too. I have often had a horrible time with insomnia and what I assume was a panic attack a coule of momths ago and am not really sure hwat/how to deal with all this from here. I hope to learn from everyone.
