Sleep

Ok so I was wondering when I don't sleep I feel really really strange kinda like out of body sensations and just feel really strange and weird....anyone else feel like this? My anxiety and panic aren't letting me sleep plus my baby wakes up 4 or 5 times a night and its really taking a toll on me its like I don't get tired I feel tired but my anxiety is so strung that I can't lay there and sleep :(

Cara I feel the same way, I am so tired but my anxiety won't let me sleep. I have a 5 month old baby & I'm just exhausted.. I want to sleep & be panic free..
