Pains in hands plus...

Tense/stiff hands like been carrying a really heavy bag, aching arm, pains in ankles (on and off, not constant), feeling the beed to keep taking a deep breath or feeling like you can't take a deep breath, anyone had any of this?

Me. Mine is due to my anorexia.
Could it possibly have something to with a change in eating habits?

Hmm, I don't think so, i've not really changed my eating habits. Was worried that losing weight would be another thing to freak me out.

I've had this and way more. At first, I thought they were symptoms of a thyroid or adrenal problem (and I'm still not entirely sure). Now I just attribute all of it to anxiety.
