fatigue low heart rate

Today was no that good I wake up feeling good eat breakfast , after I while I start feeling dizzy like I was out of balance N I check my heart rate N it low like 39 I got a panic attack ,I vomit , N rush my sell to the hospital but everything was fine the doctor said , I hate feeling like this , I am home now feeling kind of dizzy N weak. :-(

Hi If you were having a panic attack your heart rate would be very rapid! When its slow your ok so stress less...Take care. Beverley ;-) A long time sufferer of panic,social phobia,depression 25yrs in April!

Lol yea afteri saw my heart beat was slow got a mini panic attack N my heart when fast but I didn't get the panic attack like I used to have them , I just relax my self N my mom did me company to the hospital cause I was coughing a,lot plus the other things , I am kind of sick I don't like this bipolar temperature here Miami cold and super hot

When you start to feel weak, you need to keep some Gatorade handy,,it will elevate your electrolytes if they are low. A doctor just told me this yesterday.

I think I feel like this cause I being sick the past 4 days in bed when I stand up I get dizzy
